Advisory Board
The HR & Payroll Shared Services Advisory Board was developed to provide a forum for our clients to provide feedback on Payroll and HR issues that affect them as well as help develop ways that Shared Services can maintain/improve service delivery. Board members represent the Johns Hopkins entities that we support. Their purpose is to serve as a communication channel to and from our clients and to participate in periodic reviews of our Service Level Agreement, customer service, productivity and compliance. These individuals will also provide feedback regarding the identification, prioritization and implementation of business processes & technology enhancements and will support the testing of future application features/modules.
