The mission of HR Shared Services is to provide our customers with quality, timely and efficient services. We will achieve this mission by utilizing technology, cultivating the skills of our staff and building strong relationships with our customers. HR Shared Services provides services to the Johns Hopkins Health System and the Johns Hopkins University. HR Shared Services is responsible for processing SAP human resource, organizational management and benefit transactions for faculty, staff and students.
