The mission of the Supply Chain Shared Service Center is to support the educational, research, and patient care missions of the Johns Hopkins Institutions by providing effective and efficient supply chain management services in a customer focused manner.

The Service Center will achieve its mission by a dedication to excellence in customer service, effective use of technology to streamline operations, appropriately training and continually developing its staff, and a commitment to ensure that our customers always obtain the greatest value possible for the money spent in the procurement and management of quality goods and services.
